While I agree with you, I feel like you’re coupling every Gawker blog into the group you’re trying to criticize. Gizmodo, Consumerist, Lifehacker, io9, and even Kotaku (kind of) don’t belong in the same foxhole that Gawker, Defamer, Idolator, and Jezebel deserve to die in.

I say kind of for Kotaku, because Kotaku sucks. I understand that writers are allowed to take liberties on what’s posted on their site, but when you’re getting paid for it and forced to fill a quota, things like this shouldn’t fly on a gaming blog.

However, Lifehacker is a gift from God. Consumerist is just entertaining. io9 is interesting, Gizmodo is fun, but Kotaku. What the hell.
